6. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Love Fay Kids accepts eligible returns for store credit in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Return requests must be submitted through our online returns portal within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, returned items must be shipped within 14 days of the original delivery date.

To qualify for store credit, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with the original Love Fay Kids tag attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.

Store credit will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Store credits do not expire.
