We want you to love every piece you find at Love Fay Kids.

Our collection includes carefully selected pre-loved and vintage children's clothing, much of which is one of a kind. We take great care in photographing and describing each item so you can shop with confidence.

Changed Your Mind?

We understand that sometimes a piece just isn't quite right.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of the original delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's acceptance scan.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

  • The original Love Fay Kids tag must remain attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • All returns must be approved before being shipped back.

How to Request a Return

We've made returns easy with our online return request system.

  1. Visit our online returns portal.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your order. You'll receive a one-time verification code to sign in. No password or advance account registration is required.

  3. Select the order containing the item you'd like to return.

  4. Choose Request Return, select the item and reason for your return, and submit your request.

We'll review your request and email you further instructions once it's approved.

Please do not ship items back without receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping on change-of-mind returns, including returns due to sizing or personal preference.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Returns must be handed over to the shipping carrier within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Customers are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been accepted.

Store Credit

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for eligible merchandise.

Store credit can be used toward future purchases at lovefaykids.com.

Original shipping charges are not credited for change-of-mind returns.

Any expiration terms will be communicated when store credit is issued and will comply with applicable law.

A Note About Pre-Loved & Vintage Clothing

Pre-loved and vintage pieces may show signs of age, washing, or gentle wear. We do our best to disclose noticeable imperfections and provide accurate descriptions and photographs.

Please review all photographs, measurements, and condition details before purchasing.
